Zen Dark Moon: Ida Zen Dark Moon (Ida), agouti ambk dumbo Pedigree no: ZenDL-du-A*10 Birth date: 14.08.2003 Breeder: Henriette Heuser at Zen-Rats Pedigree   Ida was originally brought home to help me start my new rattery, but as her father was euthanised due to aggression, she will not be bred. She herself is a peoples-rat, she is very alert and interested in contact with people. She can charm anyone! She eagerly helps with the dishes, cleaning cages, making breakfast, going to the toilet... She is one of my all-time favourite female rats, because she is always so happy and playful, and still has time to cuddle! She is a TV-star, and has been featured in the newspaper and on the radio. She lives with Lee and Snipp, mostly peacefully, as long as noone tries to eat what she wants (which is almost everything...) Ida had her first lump removed in May 2005, but soon more lumps followed. She managed to stay healthy and happy for a long time nevertheless, but at the age of 27 months I had to let her go. A star has left us, the rat world will never be the same without her.
